My work is devoted to helping others restore balance, release stress, and reclaim well-being through the transformative power of sound.
I am certified Hypnotherapist, Sound Healing Practitioner , and Meditation Facilitator.
With over a decade of experience as a worker in the holistic organization, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and needs. My work with individuals from diverse walks of life — including those who are vulnerable, neurodivergent, or living with dementia — has given me deep insight into the power of gentle and most compassionate care.
Through facilitating regular sound meditations, I discovered how sound offers a profound and powerful pathway to deep relaxation and quick self-regulation. I’ve witnessed how instantly it can restore balance, soften both physical and emotional tension, and help people reconnect with their bodies, bringing clarity, grounding, and peacefulness.
My journey with sound began many years ago when I graduated from a first-grade music school- piano. Over time, that musical foundation evolved into a passion for exploring the emotional and healing power of sound and breath. With more than 20 years of personal meditation practice, I have explored many different meditation modalities and diverse ways of quieting the mind and tuning into stillness.
Combining gathered knowledge from professional development, diverse workshops, books, and personal experience, I realized that meditation did not only help me to relax but improved my whole nervous system on a long term, helping me to develop amazing coping skills. It helped me to reshape my existence into more positive, balanced, and peaceful. It enhanced my positive personality traits, helping me look at reality from a higher perspective with distance and ease. Thought me patience, improved my focus, and became helpful in the most challenging situations in life.
After gaining a diploma in Hypnotherapy in 2020 I felt equipped with a wider range of professional skills to guide my clients into an even more rapid state of deep relaxation, where therapeutic work becomes most effective.
My journey with Sound Healing has started in 2022 when I have touched a first sound healing instrument. The passion has followed by completing a Foundation In Integral Sound Healing Diploma and Integral Sound Healing Course For Working with Groups with Sound Healing Academy- London in 2023. I gained all necessary insights and techniques to work with various groups and using all range of diverse instruments. I have been utilizing this knowledge since while working with extensive groups of people in Rudolf Seiner Organization.
Again and again, I’ve seen how sound deepens this process — creating a bridge between consciousness and subconsciousness where one can lift from entangled mind into more lighter state through the unique frequencies of most amazing instruments. That's where the healing takes place.
By facilitating regular group sound meditations, I quickly discovered how important role it plays in finding calm amidst the chaos of daily life — easing stress, anxiety, and over-stimulation, supporting a return to feelings of safety and balance, and ultimately improving creativity, performance at work, boosting confidence, strengthening good relationships, and optimizing overall well-being.
My sessions differ depending on the group I am working with, but my intention is always to create a safe and nurturing space where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. This process of relaxation creates a space where your body can begin a process of healing and opens the door to a lasting sense of inner peace, grounding, and wholeness.
